We are our own lender. What does that mean? It means that instead of running around to 30 different lenders to see what rates are available, we have 1 source that we can run to for wholesale rates that make ours some of the most competitive out there on the market.

This also means we control the time contraints it takes to go from application to closing. Our average closing times, once the loan is submitted, is 7-10 business days. Our competitors can't even compete with that. Companies such as Taylor Bean and Whittaker and Suntrust are requiring a minimum rate lock of 45-60 days!
